Tried doing it ourselves first, glad we didn't stop there
When we first looked into hiring a Notion consultant, our reaction was: "Can't we just build it all with AI?" So we tried. We tried Claude. We tried Notion AI. We got a handful of databases that looked fine on the surface but fell apart the moment we started using them day to day. Nothing connected the way it needed to, our process wasn't reflected anywhere in it, and we were still doing half our work manually in Excel because our Notion system was too frustrating to use, and we hated it. We felt like we didn't see that potential in Notion everyone else seems to be seeing.

The best investment we've made in our travel agency
Before working with Nicole, our travel agency was running on a mix of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, Slack, emails, and whatever system each person on the team happened to prefer that week. Bookings and client followups got missed, drafting proposals was taking forever, and our team spent more time managing all these tools and searching for information than managing trips and communicating with clients. I can't thank her enough!
